Entry #3 - Sweet Escape

     I had picked up this goodie from the bowl at the front of the restaurant as I was leaving. The package crinkling in my hand as I continued to the car. I began to open this mystery treat, which was a lot more difficult than expected. After trying and trying, I resorted to using my teeth. As soon as the wrapping came undone, the fresh yet sweet scent filled my nose. I took this little white ball, with a powdery soft touch, and popped it into my mouth. The ball felt smooth against my tongue. Bringing a frosty yet sweet taste to my mouth, clearing my palate from all I ate that night. Dissolving so smoothly onto my tongue. I grew impatient to finish this tiny delicacy and began chewing on it. Slices of this ball just melted right off into a smooth velvet. It was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. From popping this tiny treasure into my mouth to the last speck melting away, I was taken to a whole new place. The sensation this unknown treat brought to me was heaven.
